No but what if you buy the apple, and dont eat it? does that mean you cant resell it? no it means it is your apple and yes you can resell it. back to your eaten apple, yes you can sell it. its your and if you find a fool to buy it, so be it.
now on the other side. you may have bought the game, but you dont own the account or the ability to log on, Anet owns this. so yes by law you can sell the game but the account is locked to you and only you(also the law on this is different in each area)

My account has been banned for Botting, standing around, macro or other type things

I got banned for botting. tell the truth I have never ran or even looked up how to run a bot. But I do stand idle for some periods of time. Im not using a macro to do this, I just stand in a town not even in the wild. now it does say “extended unattended play” whats that because I only stand for around for maybe 30mins, if this is to long then log me out due to inactive.

This is bull, I just got banned at 9:50pm EST nov 10 2012. I was in the middle of doing a event and the game crashes, with some error I forgot to write it down. I log back in with a message saying I was terminated for botting

I can’t believe you’re complaining about this, it take a few extra sec to enter the 6 # code.
if you don’t like it, take it off and don’t say another word about it. Anet did not make there authenticator like Blizzard did, they used Goggles. so they have no say in what happens.

I am only new to the game, but the cost so far seem to be right. let me explain what I mean, I compare porting around as like using a bus, taxi or a plane in real life. So it should go like this. to port around in the same zone should be cheep as hell like a bus or taxi( I know taxi are not all that cheep), but in real life most people cant jump on a plane and fly from say France to the US every 5 hours., you would have to save for it. but the same person can ride the bus 5x a day if needed. I am not saying you need to save to port from one zone to another. but if it takes you 2-5mins to farm the cost of a port oh well suck it up, All MMOs are made to kill time remember.
