0 for 3 all from bugs. The prime hologram was at 30% and then was invulnerable even with the prime buff.

New LS is bugged.

After about 40 minutes of getting past the Knights, then holograms, my first LS/LA attempt crashed in the last phase of the hologram fight.

Second attempt in overflow, Knights were defeated but no atunement pools appeared.

Yeah there’s about two hours for no reward.

Worth it? No.

4 days of hacker playing friends account, not addressed yet.

MisterJi, if the switch email feature is broken, that may be the best news I have heard all day. If we cant change them, then neither should any hijacker be able to do so.

Judging by volume of posts on here and twitter and your own admissions of support being overwhelmed. PLEASE turn off the feature that is being exploited. Email address change. If people truly need a email address change, which in reality should not be that frequent, they should open a support ticket for THAT change. Please scrutinize before the change!

My sons account was hijacked 3 days ago while he was in school. Even though he used a password with mixed alpha/numeric that was not used on any gaming sites. We still haven’t heard anything back from support. He only had the account for four days!

The current system is not working.

I am begging you, shut off the piece that is causing the most pain.
