Denial of Service. Yes, you’re entitled to complain. His point was that he’s sick of reading about it. There’s a reason you don’t see a complaint department at a casino. People who spent money knowingly on RNG and expected a guaranteed result are the very definition of a sucker. The right to whine doesn’t make you right.

But we are also allowed to complain that holiday items (or other in game things) should be more accessible through gameplay means, rather than gamble boxes.

GW2 isn’t a casino. A better comparison would be if your grocery store had grab bags that have a 1% chance of food and a 99% chance to contain dirt. You bet people would complain if that was the only way of getting a particular type of fruit.

No, it’s not a casino. But, you are in fact, gambling. Plain and simple. I would be frustrated too if I had spent money on keys and ended up with nothing. Seeing as how I have a choice in the matter, I choose not to. I’ve paid for things that I knew I would see a return on (character slot, bank slot, etc.). How do you figure that you are entitled to something that wasn’t guaranteed to you? Makes you sound like a 4 year old who hasn’t discovered the joys of disappointment.

Dodge Roll out of a prostate exam. Right when you hear the rubber gloves snap.

Wish I had thought of this earlier in the month when my daughter approached me for Bieber tickets. I would’ve dodge rolled into traffic to avoid that concert.

I was thinking about this the other day at work and wanted to see if anyone else experienced this urge. I heard my boss coming down the hall towards my office and wondered what my chances were of dodge rolling to the adjacent kitchen without being noticed.

I’m sure this could applied to more heroic situations than just wanting to avoid an awkward conversation with upper management. Maybe dodge rolling away from the wife when she notices a “gentlemen’s club” on the credit card statement?

Question regarding ranged mobs

in Thief

I’m only level 24 so far into my thief and I’m enjoying the class so far, but I find that I’m having difficulty whenever I encounter multiple ranged mobs. I currently use P/D with a Shortbow and have no difficulty whatsoever with melee mobs. But, often I’ve pulled 2-3 ranged mobs, spead apart, that have just destroyed me. I’ll use Smoke Screen to try and eat some of the incoming damage, but I’m just curious how other, more experienced players, deal with these situations. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
