I know support has a lot of problems and not a lot of time, but its gonna be 3 days today.
I hope they will solve it with one email and solve it, not just respond to give some info and after answer wait another 3 days

It’s been 2 days since he have bought the game and right after this he registered the account with cdkey.
He should received email with confirmation, like i did but he didn’t. Now it says that cdkey i used and the login didn’t exist if he tries to login.
Support is not responding since 2 days
We only have this autorespond:
“Thanks for contacting us! Your request (1437814:Don’t recive authorization email from ArenaNet) has been received, and is being reviewed by our Support team.”
any help?
