Seems like a Gladomer similar build. Although his build is NOT trap based. Still very Condi heavy. He uses Axe/Torch and Sword/Dagger. Here is Gladomers build: http://en.gw2skills.net/editor/?fNMQRAnY8fjEqUzaLL+rQ1aABhaVA0uGu3Ww9QcDfdFrkC-TRiAABJ8AA6Z/hE1PAwBB4U1f44IAIpSwKOBAip8LAACwMLzysMDO6RP6RP6RbmzcmzcmzsUAwMNC-e

I was looking to do a SB variant. I am not used to jumping in peoples faces as a Ranger. I will modify yours a bit to my liking. Thanks for the cool video man!

Interesting. I might need to just test this a lot to see what I can come up with.
Thanks!

Looking for Remorseless Build(s)

Played some PUG unranked PvP today. Met a valiant player that was playing a Remorseless ranger build. I did not get to ask him what his traits and such are. I was wondering if anyone here knows. I was messing around with the trait calc and found the remorseless trait but I don’t see how he was just mowing through people.
Thanks in advance!

Great video! Although I am new to this game I can see that you have much practice and know the mechanics well.
My question is: Would you recommend Shatter for sPvP. I mostly play solo because of my VERY sporadic gaming time. I have tried Shatter and since I am just messing around I have played a few games Unranked, ofc, and have had some success. I know you might say, “if it works, do it!” but, is there a “variation” of shatter that could be more of a team play build?(I follow the group and play off of their plays) I was thinking of rolling with GS/Staff as weapons, and I am pretty sure that the traits don’t have MUCH wiggle room, for Shatter, especially with the Illusions trait line. I roll with the GS training trait over torch…pretty much all I have changed.
I’d imagine this has been discussed in length… and I don’t want to start a dead topic… But any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance and cheers!

Personally in SPvP I run the exact same build but with shattered concentration instead of the torch trait. You can also change the Sigil of Bloodlust to any other Sigil that fits your fancy. I would suggest energy, fire, or even doom. I have never tried the staff/greatsword shatter build because I love sword/torch too much but it is a great weapon set for team fights! Either way you go, the main purpose of shatter Mesmer in PvP is to be a roamer where you can quickly murder someone with a well timed burst or decap a point no one is paying attention to. Hope this helps! If you have any more questions or I didn’t answer to your satisfaction don’t be afraid to message me in game.

I personally play ALL of my games on a gaming laptop, ASUS ROG 750. I opted for the 32gb ram and more HDD space, 2 × 512 SDD;1 × 1tb HDD. I really enjoy the laptop even if it is 17.3in screen and kind of bulky… BUT the cooling on this thing is great and I can run all of my games on ULTRA or HIGH settings no problem, hours at a time. I think you can get a 750 right now, USA for 1200$.
Games I play: Diablo 3; warcraft 3; GW2; WoW (private server =P); BF 4(High – 70FPS); Counter-Strike; Tera(High – 65FPS+)… It is a beast. Good luck in your studies as well!

No need to really run dual GPU these days… Roll with a 970. Lower price tag and it is beefy. This way you can put more money towards an i7 CPU; my opinion. I had 2 GPU at one point… didn’t see the REALLY benefits. I played WoW on that system and Counter-Strike. If you are planning on playing a game like The Division or some of the other games coming out this year or next then you might benefit from dual GPU. But also remember you’re going to have to worry about cooling those beasts too. So, invest in a GOOD kitten tower. A lot of these guys already posted their preferences and opinions. They are mostly legit ideas. Good luck!
