I don’t know if its actually a bug or if Anet is encouriging us not to use off hand weapons/shields ….
cause if you use anything on your off hand the attack power goes down even if the shield your wearing has +power…

even if you swap to two handed weapon attack power is affected…

if this is not a bug… then why would Anet encourage us to use a one hand weapon and no off hand weapon/shield….

btw… (off topic) i dont consider shields as weapons cause “they are shields and not weapons”….
