Guild Wars 2

Simliar problem here, i’m not getting any items delivered and the gold is gone even though i canceled the order half way after i noticed.

I ordered items from the black lion trading post, paid my gold for it but now im not reciving any goods.
My buying order counts down as it tells me more itemes have been bought but i still can’t pick any of them up.
I tried cancelling the order , which worked but i didn’t get my payed gold back either.

pls have a look into it
