I am now level 15, and have 15 unspent points.
Around level 10 I spent my 10 points in some traits, and if I remember well they are now empty.
Thanks for the tip about Supply Mastery, I didn’t pointed it out, and the buffs look cool.

On the other way, if the abilities don’t get reset at each level, is there a way to reset them if we want to ?

I have been doing WvW for a few time, and I noticed that the points that I’ve given to WXP rewards have been reset after I took a level. Is it intended ? Does it occur each time ?
Speaking about rewards, can you tell me which ones are the best to start with ?
What means mercenary’ bane ? What are mercenaries ? The other players ?
