Guild Wars 2

We have recently acquired the guild stash and the guild emblem.
Yesterday when i wanted to use the guild stash it was gone.
Also the “edit guild emblem” option has been removed.

So is this an bug or what.

We recently got the guild stash and we were trying to fill it.
But when i relogin this evening it was gone again and the guild banker told us
“you dont have an guild storage yet”???

Also the option “edit guild emblem” has been removed and is not showing in the dialog with the guild registrar.

Is this a bug or do you guys noticed this also?
