Havent been on Guildwars in a while and suddenly I receive an email saying that I requested them to remove my authenticator! I DID NO SUCH THING! I put the authenticator up in the first place because I was already hacked once. can something please be done about this? this is twice in the past 2 months
update: sent an email to support to delete my account. I am done with this game allowing anyone to get a hold of my information somehow and its not worth my time

My account was hacked 4 days ago and I have yet to get a rollback on my account. I was also left on a server that doesn’t speak my language. Emailed support but they have yet to do anything but reset my password.
