Why do you keep posting the score? I have done a lot of GvG’s and never seen anyone so disrespectful, which is counter to what GvG’s are about.

??? Its not Zerg vs Zerg. When two guilds agree to gvg they have every right to post the official scoring and videos. In fact, people do want to know the scores therefore your argument is invalid. Clearly you don’t do GvG’s right. We lost to VoTF, they posted a score and we didn’t complain. We actually posted a video of our loss in respects to the match. Point and case .

I think that DB is purposefully lowering their rating because they think they can eat up some easy points on two “fattened pigs” later on when they get whatever guilds they are currently farming for.

It doesn’t really matter what they do. Nobody is really going to respect any victory won by bank rolling a bunch of huge guilds over.

What if I told you that guilds are paying for their own transfers? DB isn’t “bankrolling” anything.

its not that db is burt out most of certain wvw guilds have been farming gold to assist other guilds (coming soon) in getting to db

I’m not “hiding” anything, I’m just pointing out that it’s not like DB just has some giant war chest and we’re bribing all these guilds. What’s happening is people are choosing to come here and some of the WvW guilds already here are helping them out with their transfer fees. If someone considers that dishonorable or cheap I don’t really know what to tell them. I might laugh though.

That being said, I love how DB is still getting all the negative attention despite TC’s observable population increase. They weren’t “full” two weeks ago, but I don’t see people saying they deserve to be disrespected for it.

Tell me what massive recruitment effort has TC undertaken over the past two weeks and how many and what WvW guilds have we gotten here in that time? but i think you’ll find that question hard to answer because you obviously don’t know what you’re talking about

I love how DB goes <100 PPT for a few hours and everyone loses their minds. I’ve been in T2 for most of the last 6 months and I’ve seen FA pushed to 0 before but they’re still here.

Devon, please do not destroy WvW by listening to the very vocal minority. WvW is the only place siege exist. I love using siege and it’s THE ONLY place we can. WvW is NOT the place for small GvG fighting. That is the main problem here. Specific guilds trying to change every aspect of the game to suit themselves. And, these individuals that believe they have skill because they press a number for a skill.

Make the population on sPvP maps larger to suit them. This way they can do their thing without spoiling WvW, please??

I really wish we could stomp this stupid suggestion once and for all. Every discussion about GvG always ends in someone telling folks to take it to sPvP environment. If you spent any time at all in sPvP or farther then 10 feet from a zerg you would know that the two are not the same and sPvP is not conducive to what people are looking for.

WvW is about being inclusive of all play styles, be it solo, small group, 20 man squad, giant 70+ zerg. There is a role for each of those play styles within WvW. If WvW is only about siege and objectives, then why not just make DAoC style battlegrounds with one keep in the middle and we just all fight over it? Why have space to roam? Supply camps to defend? Sentries and dolyaks for solo’s to kill? Why make scouting important? WvW would be greatly diminished without all of these things, yet you want all of WvW to be ONLY focused on sieging an objective? Seems extremely short sighted to me.

If adding a legitimate, polished (read: stable, Arenanet!), playable Guild vs Guild option will redirect all the people who want to WvW without those bothersome siege weapons or buildings to capture…I’m all for it!

Stop trolling have you seen GvG? They are no where near towers or keep so your argument against because of GvG these guilds want the change is invalid. This issue has nothing to do with GvG. It is about overall experience in WvW.

I don’t think enough JQers are assessing the situation realistically. Losing the both of them at the same time is going to hurt us in the long run.

Out of curiosity did the EMP and Co that left know that Waha was quitting the game beforehand? Cause if so, we know why they left and I guess a smart move if they were looking to leave while on top and create another competitive T1 server. Makes a lot more sense now.

Waha did not quit however there is a huge internal conflict between FOO and JQ’s NA guilds that many of the outsiders and majority JQ members do not know. Yes JQ is competitive but it becomes no longer fun.

Makes you wonder if the causes of this alleged conflict are still on JQ or causing the conflict to try and get FOO to change to DB, doesn’t it…?

For what reason we need FOO on DB??? Please look around then ask a reasonable question. But to answer to your question no.

Yes JQ is competitive but it becomes no longer fun. Many people call moving to DB is not competitive and challenging but I think it is a different challenge and competitive than Tier 1. Especially during na prime time there are more small fights than zergs vs zergs and also taking a break from tier 1. It is for the best of both side and I think outsiders should not make any accusation and statement regardless of they are legit or false because you do not know what really happen. That why I would kindly like to ask both outsiders and member of both side to step back and don’t make thing worse for both side. We are happy where we are and both side would like to regain their reputation and respect under our leadership.
