Guild Wars 2

Yeah everyone got a -1 on slayers which removes ATLEAST 100 achievement points if you had over 2.5k before.

Before maintence I had 2830+ achievement points, when I logged in I had 2788 or something.

I had to do daily and finish my monthly to get back up to 2800+.
Please add my removed achievement points I had back (not sure of the total amount, but I had 2830+ minimum)
And I don’t want to lose my daily/monthly either.

I’ve had this since saturday aswell, though not 5 minutes, more like 10-30 seconds, insted of the usual 3 seconds I had on windows XP(Yes I upgraded to Windows 7).

I’m gonna reinstal my game before I go to bed and check if that’ll fix it.
If not….

Hey! I’ve been getting the GW2.EXE Error quite alot even though my PC is up to date and great for the game(Updated all drivers Saturday and put windows 7 on it then aswell).

As for the Freezing, i’m just doing something, WvW, Dungeons, Story Mode(I just froze therefore I made this post).

And suddenly my screen freezes out of nowhere, and I need to press ALT+CTRL+DEL to close it and restart.

That way I lose my progress in the story quest and have to start over.

WHY am I getting those from time to time (atleast 1x a day, and the gw2.exe i’ve had like 8x a day a few times)

EDIT: I did not have freezes before I updated my software, could it be my DirectX11? My guildies are saying it has bugs with grap cards.

Been waiting for 7 days.

It’s seriously annoying i had to create a 2nd account for this.
Now i wont get my Hall of Monuments items.

Dear ArenaNet,
I had to activate my guild wars 2 account on a NEW EMAIL.
I also had to create a new account for guild wars 2 (which is this one) on my other email.
Because my guild wars 1 got hacked the 29th of august(my guildwars account with all the games on it, with special editions and all, i wasn’t able to link it and i wasn’t sure what to do).

I posted a ticket, but i haven’t had any reply yet.
It seems the hacker asked for a reset of password and KNEW my email password for some odd reason.

Now i got 2 things i’d like ArenaNet to do.

1. Get my account back (Info is in the ticket)
2. Link my guildwars 2 with my guildwars 1 when i have it back(guildwars 1 is hacked)

If this doesn’t happen, i’ll be taking legal steps.

I have no screenshots except the ones in the ticket.
I can provide almost all infomation that needs to be known.

Please get me my account back.
