Have provided all the info GM asked for but you did not reply again. Thank you.
Anet sent me an email and I provided all the info they want. Then they did not reply me anymore.
That is incredibly surprising that ANET even did not reply their own sent support ticket.
You can submit a request for assistance from the CS Team. Top/Bottom of Page – Support – Submit a Request
Be aware, the response time for tickets is running a bit longer than usual due to a plethora of support requests.

I have exactly the same problem.
I was frustrated that time.
When I know that I will wait for several days to get reply from the swamped customer support, I feel even more frustrated.
Since this is only the announcement, I can not imagine what will happen when HoT officially comes out.
Will your customer support stop receiving tickets that time? Or we will have to wait one or two weeks for solving an emergency problem of our accounts?
This is kinda disappointing.
The customer support is really, really, badly slow these days.
I don’t know what time my ticket will get replied.
Probably I will provide all the CD keys at one time and describe the situation.
Can you try running GW2 on a different computer?
Sometimes IP address matters or the computer matters.
When I have this problem I will switch to another computer then it works fine.
When linking my GW1 account to my GW2 account, it creates a new GW2 account which uses my GW1 info.
It’s totally blank in that newly created account.
And I can not link my GW2 account to GW1 anymore.
Last night I was trying to link my gw1 account to my gw2 account.
When I filled up all the info, it jumped to a new account page.
The username is my gw1 email address.
And my gw2 account is not linked to my gw2 account.
Then I can not link anymore.
