Yeah I like to stay at max range with my Longbow traited to 1500, this explains why Opening Strike never procs for me, also have probs with Alpha strike never procing

Yeah I noticed that, my Tier 3 Cultural set costs about 125 gold for the full armour set, the Vigel Set is only about 25 gold, sucks tbh because the Charr T3 is much better for my Ranger.
I am specced deep into Marksmanship, got both Opening Strike and Alpha Strike, I hardly ever see them proc on mobs at all, only the odd time will I get the Vulnerability debuff on mobs I attack.
I have never once seen both abilities stack on a mob, best I have managed is a 5% Vulnerability debuff.
No idea what is going on here has anyone else noticed this?
