Guild Wars 2

Account was hacked. Got an email at 4 am saying the email address for the account was changed. When I try to log-in under my account it claims it does not exist. My guild mates say that it shows as logged in.
Please lock the account and restore it.

I have been attempting to change my email linked to my account for a while now and everytime it would claim the email I am changing to has an account on it although it did not. I got an email last night saying the email for my GW2 account has changed. I attempt to log-in with the old email and it says it does not exist anymore. If I log in the new email it claims I have no serial code attached to that account…. At this point I just want to be able to log-in and play on either email…
