Guess I never noticed it before.. I just load my skill bar up with those buffs when I’m doing low level world completion and such.

I noticed that too. It really needs fixed. There are a lot of people that purchased the horn for purposes other than trolling and irritating people. I’ve seen a ton of neat things done with it and I think it’s a great idea. Hopefully they get around to fixing it.
