Same problem here. Since yesterday it is really laggy. It is not my PC or internet connection. They work fine with any other online game and I had no problem before yesterday.

This evening is extremely laggy. Basically, I coudn’t play.
I am in Germany. I did a little test, I used my VPN (located in France), everything is smooth, no lag at all.
Germany → ArenaNet => laggy as hell
Germany → France → ArenaNet => Smooth without lag
So one more test is less laggy. There is a big problem in the routing path of the datas…
