Thank you for answering this clears it all up!
Why can’t I upgrade the unused infusion slot on this item? I am trying to equip it with a +9 Agony infusion.
How many times can we apply the code for the heroic edition?

Turned off firewall and Anti-virus, but still having the same problems.
Same problem, I also got the game adviser to test it.
