In Timberline Falls, there is an river called the Gentle River. There’s a waypoint in that area. North of that Waypoint is a small lake. In that lake are a lot of barracuda. Those barracuda drop Smooth Scales with some frequency. Smooth Scales being the T4 Scales. They do not drop T3 or T5 Scales. Just T4 Smooth Scales. Hope that helps!

When it comes to crafting an armor box/satchel etc, you get the recipe for said armor box/satchel from the mystic forge. Once you’ve learned the recipe, you can craft the armor box/satchel.
