I just wish every zone didn’t have such linear boundaries, seems a bit odd but I’m sure that was just the best way to do it because I can’t really think of any alternatives that would make sense.

“I feel six feet tall.”
…Then I realized that I was actually saying that and felt stupid.
Logged in just to say that this is hilarious.
@ Meluna
Seems like the perfect solution to me
oops…It should be good now, they really should increase that cap.
Are there any other classes with skills that currently have range indicators? I can’t think of any…but sometimes it’s just difficult to guess how far you can go and I have seen so many instances of golem ports that don’t activate because the exit is out of range (including my own).
I never really gave blink a chance either until a month or so ago, but now I can’t imagine playing without it. The greatest part is when you see your guild leader/commander has moved away and instead of trying to dodge through enemies you can just blink right to him. I guess I just always saw it as a roaming 1v1 skill, but for me it works great in medium size groups as well.
Character: Ororu
Server: Borlis Pass
Playstyle: WvW mostly
Playtime: Eastern from 2 pm to whenever daily
Role: Mesmer is my main and I have played since launch, but I know there is always more to learn…so not sure I guess
Side note: I have been reading these forums for a while and don’t really ever comment, but I look forward to becoming a more active member of our mesmer community
I noticed a common thread here, the problem really isn’t abilities, it’s people. If we just eliminate player involvement from the game, then exploits would be a non-issue.
ANet can just host a bot net on EC2 to play the game in their stead, they’ve done it before.
Eliminating players from the game…I think that is already happening.
Step 1: Play condition specced character.
Step 2: Realise conditions aren’t OP.
Step 3: Go back to whatever class/spec you prefer.
Good luck out there.
Scepter:
-If you look at the actual effect for the auto attack it kind of looks like a glob of mesmery magic, so why not just have it so when the glob hits the target it explodes and applies aoe random conditions. This would also help to tag enemies while zerging.
-the block doesnt really work for me because I’m usually not getting hit.
-The confusion beam is actually working pretty well for me
Focus:
-Temporal curtain-just make it so the swiftness stacks and so we can pull people quicker
-warden- lock on to target and follow.
Just some thoughts
One of the shoulder pads on male T3 is also very much bugged. When I have my staff out while running the shoulder pad has all sorts of weird clipping issues. This also happens when I sit.
