There should be some kind of filter applied on heavy peak hours (12am-12pm) then.. I’m currently using free trial WTFast and no lag at all.. so it’s definitively a routing problem from Fastweb ISP.

Same as the others… Italy, ISP fastweb.. all went ok this morning but heavy lag started again about 1 hour ago :S
