Guild Wars 2

I’m not sure what is going on. I was at first getting a crash on launch from Guild Wars 2, I then read that it could be due to windows updates or nvidia drivers so I installed the latest ones but this had no effect it still crashed on start up.

So I decided to try a reinstall so I uninstalled Guild Wars 2 and inserted the game disc for installation where upon I was greeted with the “Install cannot be completed. Please contact Support.”

I tried downloading the digital game client installer from the Guild Wars 2 website but not gave me the same error.

I cannot install the game, it doesn’t even try. I don’t know what I can do.

Did you ever find out how to fix the “Install cannot be completed. Pleae contact support” error? As my launcher crashed on start up all the time after the last client patch and now my installation disc and digital client download are giving me this same error.
