This is a bit of an odd one; someone in Lion’s Arch linked an item they had, which had a string of Chinese characters above the line that says Soulbond in the tooltip. And then everyone who moused over it apparently had this same thing happen to some or all of their gear (Cannot confirm it happened because we looked at the already bugged tooltip, just that no one noticed the issue until one guy pointed it out). The picture shows the whole tooltip, as far as I can tell, everyone had the same line, anyone know what it means/why this is happening.
