I bought the digital download. The download client keeps telling me it cannot conect to the internet.
I have uninstalled AVG….I turned off my fire walls. I cleared my DNS.
It still says Download failed. Please check your internet connection and try again.
I am connected to the internet and nothing else is having a connection problem.
Ideas anyone? Yes I have contacted Tech support but the haven’t been much help.
