Guild Wars 2

Greetings.

Sadly, my account has been hacked and my goods of course stolen.
It there a way to retrieve my stolen goods/money?
Like restoring my account data to the date the day I last logged in on MY IP.

I fear the only answer I’ll get is “The only thing you can do now is go cry in a pillow.” but It’s worth a try.

I would like to thank Arenanet for implementing a mail report system now. ^^

I know this is not really the right place to post this but I don’t know how else I could contact Arenanet about this issue.
Lately I’ve been getting tons of mails from “pvpbank.com”. I’m not sure but I think that advertising stuff that has to do with goldselling is a big nono in Guild Wars 2.

What they write me is the following:
“Dear Hero,Cheapest GW2 Gold is now on hot sale <pvpbank.c0m> 10G=27€,5% extra gold order over 10g.Purchasing now! Sorry for trouble you.Enjoy your game!—Yours Pvpbank.com”

The problem is, there is no way to report these people so I’ve just been reporting them through “bug report”. But that is alot of work, looking up the account names of the people, making screenshots of the mails and I’m not even sure if Arenanet does something with those reports. So yah, ability to report mails please?

In the meantime, I’ll just report these people here (if what they are doing is actually not allowed)(These are just the latest people, I’ve had alot more mails before)
