Guild Wars 2

I plan on it, i was just curious if anyone else has had the same problems.

So when I buy gems apparently it holds more than the purchase amount for whatever reason, and on top of that, the most recent one just posted 3 times to my card but only gave me the 10 dollars with that i paid for.
I honestly don’t know what to do, because my account is now running at a zero balance until its fixed.
