How long are the server been down now?

Hehe ^^

Finally they patch the Lag-problems ^^ But i am p*ssed too, ’cause all day long i worked and now, when i finally arranged to have some time, i cant play ^^

You can delete all the characters on the account and then change servers for free. The transfer costs only kick in for accounts with characters on them.

SAY WHAAAT?!

HOW HOW HOW? Please tell me in detail what i have to do!
1. i go to the bank with every of my characters and put everything on it
2. i go to main menu and delete every character
3. now i dont have any character but when i choose change Server i will be able to transfer the account for free?

That would be sooo great! I will search for the thread ( you could post it here too if you are faster )

Hello Support!

I didnt played for 2 months but before i paused the game i transfered my acc to an american server, just for testing. Now i logged on after 2 months and can’t find any players because when its about 6PM here its 8-10AM in america. So i would be forced to play at 6AM in the morning to find a group which isnt possible for me! I dont have any crystalls that i could spend to transfer my account back and also the Support said that the can’t do anything to transfer me for free to any european server of THEIR choice.

Now i am very sad and dissapointed and the only chance i see, is to delete my whole account (loosing any item and every of my 4 characters) and create a new one. So i could select a proper european server and finally find some groups to play with.
You can see that i would do anything to play again – even recreate my whole account and loose everything….

But how can i do this?
