Ok I’m an asura staff ele user I’m mainly PvE My traits are 0/10/0/30/30 my slot skills atm are
Signet of Fire, Arcane Blast, Arcane Wave and Glyph of Elemental
My main question is for the arcane traits which is better for these traits? I’m usually with my friends doing random things dunguens/fractals etc etc
A. Final Shielding
B. Elemental Attunement
C. Arcane Retribution
D. Arcane Mastery
I’ve always used B but I’m not sure lol As for my slot skills are they fine the way they are or should I change them?
My equipment is mainly focused towards surviving rather than being a glass cannon.
The activation for Arcane retribution trait is so fast to react usually by the time i cast 2 spells the effect is gone that’s why I’m kinda confused as to if it is useful or just broke lol
I did think about switching the signet out for the asura radiation field skill as well to give me a poison combo field as well.
One last thing, for healing skills ether renewal, signet of restoration or glyph of elemental harmony? I like all three personally XD
So I’ve been thinking on these ideas for awhile and my friends seem to have similar issues to mine and I thought of some ideas that might be worth wild to be implemented eventually! Feel free to comment or tweak my ideas that you’d think they would be appropriate!
1. Skill point usage, seems like the only thing they are used for after 80+ and acquiring all your skills is for making legendaries or using mystic forge. My thought is that maybe we could have some alternate things to purchase with the points, Maybe a skill point to trait point ratio? Not equal of course like every 3 skill points we can get 1 trait point. My main is an elementalist and I always want to try something new with my traits but I always come up short haha we could maybe use skill points for other things such as higher crafting materials or rare/exotic equips as well.
2. Weapon Changing Addition Item. This item could be implemented to allow us to increase the amount of weapon swaps we can do. Only one can be purchased per character. Some set ups with weapons I’d like to have a 3rd slot to switch to so I can be more versatile on like a guardian or warrior type character. For Classes that can’t swap like elementalist and engineer the item would let us have a 2nd weapon swap. I know we have different elements and kits to switch to but still these classes can’t take advantage of the weapon swap sigils while other classes can and some situations require us to switch to a different weapon as well and since we can only do that outside of combat it makes it harder if we need a certain set up at a certain moment.
3. Slot Expanders, the typical slot skills are 7 8 9 an expansion would be nice, we could register more skills to certain keys I’d say maybe to keep things somewhat balanced only allow maybe 2 or 3 expansions for the max and the expansion could be purchased and unlock those slots.
4. Item hotkey, self explanatory we can hotkey foods and other items like consumables(seed turrets, gears, barrels) as well so we don’t have to find them in our inventory to use them.
5. Hair Accessory Color Additions. Also self explanatory, even if they are exclusively for the makeover item the old colors are really kind of bland if we use the makeover our unlocked colors should appear too or maybe we could have an option like with dyeing our armor we could have a little side box for the characters that have accessories in their hair. (hair bows, ribbons, etc)
6. More Guild weapon skins/Armor options. We have options on some weapons but not all and there is a tab that says “disabled” so I’m assuming something is to be added maybe? As for the armor maybe we can have different looks for the armor besides the ones we have.
7. Option to name minis. Rangers can name their pets naming minis would be nice too since they are like pets.
8. Fractal adjustment(maybe) some of the fractals like volcanic and the one with dredge(forgot the name) the mobs need to be tweaked I know fractals are supposed to be challenging but the dredge amount is a little crazy. Volcanic maybe I’m just looking at this wrong but at the boss. Agony, burning, floor burning, lava pools, lava grubs it seems a little bit much maybe a little fix to reduce the damage on the lava pools or maybe when you are dead you won’t take damage from the lava pools so you can be revived easier without the lava killing you over and over.
9. Reduce cultural armor prices. <- self explanatory way too much
10. Mounts, Whether it be a flying board, an animal, or something else I think this would be a nice feature since we already have a flying broom why not expand on this some more and put some in haha
