I wanted to know if this bug has been addressed cause I’m still suffering from it. I would be happy enough with simply knowing the mechanics of the skill to position myself so this bug won’t affect me. Thanks.

I believe the aspect of heart quests that makes it superior to quest text is the option to choose the method you wish to use in order to complete it.
