Well, I’ll throw my hat into the mix… at least for my daughters account. She can’t log into her account OR the website, because she is NOT receiving any of the authentication emails. She submitted a ticket, where they reset her password for her… but it does no good, because she is not getting the ANet email to authenticate. They said they would elevate it for further evaluation… and haven’t gotten back to her since. She hasn’t been able to log into her account now for about 3 days. Support… help.
