So what will get veteran players ? I bought this game at it’s launch and i have supported it since then and now when it is free to play for new players why can’t veteran players get the expansion for free ?

Hi guys this is my configuration "Intel Pentium CPU G630 2.70GHZ and my RAM is 4GB
My graphic hard is Radeon 6750 1GB RDDR5 " so here is the problem when i am on the open world and in dungoens i have from 30 to 80 fps depends on the population but on big cities and on the WvWvW map i have like from 5 – 20 fps in big battles i have even less than 5 fps and i am not even playing with high settings even sometimes i lower everything to the lowest settings and still get low fps i have read that CPU plays big roll in this whole fps thing particulary for WvW so could you guys give me some examples for CPU improvement and if it could be not that expensive i dont have that much money if you understand
