Been playing since GW1 beta, but have never been hard-core. I understand the mechanics of raiding from my experience in other MMOs, namely Everquest and WoW.
I have a level 80 char of each class save engineer, all but 2 are fully equipped with exotics & some ascended (from laurel vendor), most chars are berserker builds for dungeons and living world. I’m only passing familiar with most dungeons, save TA which I’ve run many times; so while I understand game mechanics, I still need my hand held for most things and fractals in particular.
I’m looking not just for myself, but a few other players who are also very casual and not as acclimated to the game as I am, but do have decent gear and playtime. One is my 15yo, so he’d be along on most dungeon runs with me even if not able to participate in guild chat due to age restrictions.
So essentially looking for a casual guild that runs alot of dungeons, fractals & open world content; plus the patience to teach. I don’t care for PvP of any flavor but can be talked into the occasional trip. We currently don’t have any sort of voice chat setup, but can set such up with no problem. Most of us are on Blackgate, while my son is currently on Devona’s Rest.
