To be honest, I think Stoneforge would better fit a dwarf. I like the first name though, so 6/10 (which means above average).

I like the last name and I think it’s appropriate, but this time I dislike the first name. It reminds me of Garrus Vakarian too much and it makes me think that it doesn’t really fit a Charr, so also 6/10 (ditto).
