Why don’t guesters get sent to overflow instead? Give the Home Server population priority to the main server. It would solve the problem with the home server population getting sent to overflow all the time, and fix the guesting farming issue

Dear Arenanet, us players here on the East Coast are about to get hit by, or are in the middle of getting hit by a Hurricane. Due to the weather, most of us will probably miss the finale of the event.
