First 3 Precursord from 200 Exotics. Next 3 200 again then 200 and 0 and 200 and 1 precursors =)
You are one lucky sob. I bought exotics before when they were expensive at 2.5g each (1000g in total) thought I would get 2-3 precursor and make money lost it all. Should’ve just bought precursor straight up. Anyways if you don’t mind me asking did you do 4x same weapon types or 4 random combination?
How many chances did you take? I dropped in 400 Exotics and didnt get a single precursor.
I am guessing its mostly due to the crafting exploit used to gain fast skill points very cheaply and then monetized by upgrading the scraps to gossamer.

you dont get 15 lvl from 0-500 you get 10 and there has been no official word for crafting that is maxed at 400 so i am assuming its 10. So overall to get 80 with just crafting is gonna burn is gaint hole currently.
You still get them from ectos. The luck is going to be additional just like you will keep getting raw mats from fine and masterwork gear and luck.
As the title stats can you get a precursor drop from combining lets say 4 shoes. Or combining 3 shoes + 1 glove. This is because I am assuming 4 shoes only guarantees you shoes. And by putting glove in the forge you get a random item.
according to that math is 1 precursor every 1k rare. all the precursor have the same chance to drop, no matter if 2 of those precursor a gs.
Thanks for your reply that was my question if the droprate is split when there is two outcomes.
Alright I know noone knows the exact drop rate but just a question I have.
For example say drop rate for dusk, dawn, the legend in mystic forge are:
Dusk = 1%
Dawn = 1%
The Legend = 1% or 2%?
The chance above is very exaggerated, just wanted to know what the rate would be when there are multiple outcomes. If anyone knows please reply.
