I think he was stating that he didn’t understand your question . . . Randulf has provided a good explanation . . . I don’t think your belittling will help your cause.

Yes, Randulf gave a good try, and I have added details in reply to him.
As for belittling whatzizface, I’ll repeat, he insulted me first, implying that I don’t know the first things about finding solutions here.
And I care little about “my cause” as compared to educating the masses and reducing wasteful, useless chatter. As Samuel Clemens said, “Tis better to be silent and be thought a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt.” If two or three people are struck with fear of receiving such a tirade before they post “ahdunno” again, good!
At least no kittens were harmed here.

Well I believe you need some thicker skin. I did not think he was insulting you at all. Your question was unclear. I still don’t know what your real question is. It seems you are not fully understanding how the mastery system works and therefore the reference material he and others have linked would be valid. Experience does not bleed over to the next tier of a mastery line until you unlock that tier via MPs. If all three tyrian mastery lines are currently filled then any experience you gain will be for naught until you unlock one with MPs. If you haven’t filled up experience in a line any you gain will be added to that.

I think he was stating that he didn’t understand your question as all other respondents have also been confused by what you’re asking. I think it might help if you rephrase your question to something a little clearer, though Randulf has provided a good explanation that might be a solution. Either way I don’t think your belittling will help your cause.

As far as I know, you never encounter Agony in any part of the raids.

It would be nice if people who actually can give a full answer (Such as staff, or people who have fully run raids to the end…) gave an answer. Sorry if this seems like I’m being rude, but a “As far as I know…” isn’t very, hopeful.

It would’ve been better to just to wiki it if you’re here for complete answers.

That “unique” bit has been there since before raids were ever announced.

And it stays true to date. I’ve done all current raid encounters, there is no agony.

Say your character was somewhere in the ballpark of level 75. You’ve never ventured out of Ascalon and the Shiverpeaks. Suppose today’s daily achievements happen to be Great Jungle Worm, Kryta Miner, sparkfly events, and maguuma jungle Vista. Ok you have no waypoints and have never been to any of those zones. Prior to the last patch anyone complaining about that situation would be told tough luck, go explore. Now the patch has offered jumping puzzles, world dungeons, and HoT zones. Go explore the newer zones. By definition an achievement is something that takes effort or skill to complete. Plus you now get 2g for completing 3 daily. This should be enough incentive to step outside your comfort zone.

To OP:

1) Why continue to debate your argument? I ask this because you don’t seem to enjoy the game. If you don’t enjoy the game what reason is there keep playing? And with that why post on a forum for a game you don’t enjoy? It’s ok to not enjoy the game and it’s ok to state your opinions about the game. However, feedback on ways to improve is often more helpful than simply saying you are bored. Better yet embracing the suggestions from those that give advice is recommended. Right now it seems you’re continuing to post your dislike of the game as a campaign to sway others to your side. Simply walking away and finding something you enjoy more would be a better course of action.

2) Have you considered playing the different game modes (WvW, sPVP)? Or just focused on levelling one character to 80 and along the way experiencing all that there is to offer in the different zones and regions? Plus at max level so much opens up for you that you can test out and see what you like. I recommend trying to find something you do enjoy about the game rather than focus on those you don’t? I don’t really enjoy JPs or the boss and chest trains so I don’t do them. If you really can’t find anything you enjoy make a clean cut and stop playing, but please don’t post on the forums all the things that you think suck without giving any positive feedback.

That’s my 2 cents.
