I’ve been having the same connection error code issue.
First step : i logged in.
Choose a character.
Second step : I connected to the PVE world and got kicked with the same following MSG error code 7:11:3:189:101
step 3 :
I have tried the shortcut exercises connection and the result was the same.

I have added the following test file for the technicians / engineers to take a look ad.
