Guild Wars 2

I tried to open GW2 this morning and when I did it read:
“Exception c0000005
A serious error has occurred that prevented the application from continuing. A report has been sent to ArenaNet to help determine the cause.”
I’ve had crashes and issues before, so I just restarted my computer. I clicked on gw2 and I got to character select this time, but before I can click Play it turns white and says:
“Exception: 80000101
A serious error has occurred that prevented the application from continuing. A report has been sent to ArenaNet to help determine the cause.”
Any suggestions for those of you who have experienced this before? Any help is appreciated. Thank you for take the time to read this!
