Amazing info Aggrostemma, thank you. In regards to the sceptor and staff. Is one used for groups/events and the other used for veterans etc. or do you rotate through both weapons skills?

I’ve never gotten to level 80 before and have thus never done any dungeons and only recently have I tried my hand at up scaled Eotm. I’m looking for a great general build for open world leveling so I can get into both post 80.

I will look at moving into wvw and other things eventually but baby steps first.

I’ve recently returned after about 8 months away and I’m quite stunned by all the changes. I’ve never had a level 80 character but want to give a mesmer condi build a go.

I’m looking for something initially to get me through the story 1-80 and do map completion etc.

Could someone please post a relatively up to date guide on this – I’ll be searching in the mean time.

I’m Playing the level 51 Renaissance storyline quest – I am at the part where I need to investigate the green markers. I can not get the green marker near NPC’s Amber, Braxt and Shalo to clear. I have run all over the available points in the instance.

This is my first time playing through on a character and I’m gutted I can’t beat this – I’m thinking it might be due to Lions Arch being destroyed now and I can’t enter a building that previously cleared that marker.

Anyway I’ll retry the instance.
