Just wanted to update you and let you know I still have not gotten the chest at this time. I also updated my ticket last night to let them know. Thanks so much for your help with this matter. Ticket #121207-000975
Update: As of 5pm est 12/14 still not received.

I sent ticket # 121207-000975 originally on the 6th. My boyfriend sent ticket # 121207-001031 one hour later. He received a reply on the 8th and the issue was resolved on the 10th. I updated my ticket after receiving no reply on the 10th. Today I got a reply stating that my issue would not be resolved. If you review both tickets you will see that they are involving the exact same situation. I updated my ticket moments ago on the 12th stating that I found the response unacceptable because of this. I’d appreciate both tickets being reviewed so that the double standard can be noted and my issue can be resolved fairly. Thanks so much for your consideration in this matter.
Added later the same night: I did get a reply to my update, again refusing to resolve my issue. I replied again a moment ago with both ticket numbers asking that they be reviewed. I’m still lost as to why 2 almost identical tickets would be handled so differently. I’m not attempting to bash the customer service, I’d just like to be treated fairly and appreciate your continued efforts.

I have seen several posts on various sites with people claiming they got the chests and weren’t on. Google searches can be done to find them all. That’s not to say that all of the reports are accurate, I assume some are trolling. The main problem seems to exist for those of us who were trying to participate and couldn’t log in due to server error. We were not on and there is no way to prove why. It would be so easy to claim we tried and not have actually done so. In this situation we might be left in the cold.
I agree that the idea of giving a chest to everyone, perhaps as the horns were done for halloween, would be helpful. The constant lag, D/Cs and inability to log on due to server side issues really made it a mess. At the same time even that solution would probably cause more complaints from some. I personally don’t care if someone else got multiple chests I simply would like one also because I tried to participate and couldn’t with the above mentioned issues. Thanks for taking the time to respond to our questions and concerns here Gaile, it’s truly appreciated.
