When HOT was introduced the Splash screen showing how many Legendaries we have was replaced by nothing. Now, those of us that went through the time and expense to create a Legendary have no bragging rights, no place to display them in a collection of any kind. It’s kind of like they disappeared accept during play. We should have a place to display our Legendaries, either in a “Collection” or like in the Heart of the North. Right now, we can only see progress with the current system, starting with per-cursors. Hey! I want to see my pre-HOT Legendaries dignified in some way. GET ON IT. God knows it was costly enough.
Digital River won't accept GW2 Paypal orders

When I try to use Paypal for my own security it goes all the way through and then I get a message telling me that the transaction was not completed successfully. This has been the case for the last couple years and why I stopped buying gems from you. In fact, my GW2 time has been cut drastically due to this frustration. I did purchase the Ultimate HOT expansion using my credit card, because there was still a problem with Paypal. When I report this to you all, you tell me it’s Paypal’s fault. Paypal says they see the purchase attempt, but that Digital River is not accepting the order from them. I called [yes, called] Digital River and they said they no longer accept GW2 purchases via Paypal. So, this tells me that YOU all need to mend some fences with Digital River so that these problems with Paypal won’t occur. FIX IT. It’s not my fault, it’s yours. I’m going to take this issue into forums as well.

Yes .. to being able to purchase Tomes. Just don’t make it a ridiculously high price.
Please remove the virtual tax. This isn’t the real world I come to GW2 to escape. There’s no need to justify a virtual tax in the name of realism.
I see the list now. Thanks.
The list does not seem to be available any longer, although, I remember it … for the most part. This game does evolve and I have my hopes for its future. In my experience, if you tell your boss information that your boss can somehow turn to make it his/her idea for a breathtaking company advancement, you may not get the credit … but the company benefits and so does the one that whispers into the ear of the boss.

I will watch this thread to see if anything positive comes of it.
Thanks, fellow players.
I would swap some of your likes and dis-likes into some different order, but, I will say that on the whole I love this game regardless. I do find that spending real money on gems for gold to get the really good stuff is getting old. I built three out of 5 characters to level 80 and decided that I will now play only one (the main) character from now on. I like WvW and do feel a sense of accomplishment building ascended items and gear. However, I fear that the costs players incur in GW2 that they did not incur in GW1 might eventually (maybe soon; who knows) cost this franchise a grievous loss of love that players had in GW1. Unfortunately, if that happens … I will see my beloved games demise. It all boils down to the world’s REAL economy, not the game’s. When I saw a tax on buying gems and the tax in selling items in the Lion’s store, my heart went backward in time to the Boston tea tax revolt. I pray ArenaNet will come to understand this and reverse the trend. As of a couple of months ago it became impossible for me to convince friends to join me by purchasing GW2. Bad news travels at the speed of the Internet as would good news if the taxing trend is reversed. Hey, they make a lot of money anyway on Gem purchases alone. The idea of tax being a reality of life, so why not in game, should not apply in a virtual world I enter to escape my real world woes. I’m not casting dispersions on ArenaNet. If they want to levy a virtual tax system (making it real when buying gems — 1$ for a 100.00 purchase, for example) then they certainly have that right.
May Guild Wars 2 find a way to live forever!
