I have been submitting tickets, providing them connection reports, screenshots, error codes, yet it seems nothing is being done to fix this.

I believe this to be an ANET issue and not an end user issue. As with launch they did not have the resources available to support such a high influx of players. With the holiday season here most are off from school and work which in turn increases resources available by the servers. With the specific systems they use such as; their map caching i think to be the bigger problems. somethings i found slightly helpful (on Windows Box) flushing DNS and ensuring good firewall/port forwarding is in order. doing this allowed me to play for 3hrs straight without interruption. Just did it again after DC’s started again, to see if it helps the client at all stay connected.
FYI: flush dns in command prompt as Admin with IPCONFIG /flushdns (don’t forget space after the G)

I have been having these issues as well. i have been able to play today all of 20mins. Mine started this AM around 1030est.
