Guild Wars 2

Hi I am looking for a NA Guild that is run on Pacific Time Zone. I am currently on Blackgate. I am a lvl 80 Guardian. I prefer PvX, as I like to do everything. I am a returning player.

When we start this fight it goes good almost down a dragon. As soon as one of us has to get off the cannon to heal it resets the whole fight. The spawn stays so we have to kill it but still resets both of the dragons HP as soon as the drags fly off under the air ship. Id like to know why this is happening and how it can be prevented if I am doing something wrong in the fight?

I am looking for a guild that does it all. I am an achievement freak lol. I like to get all the achievements. I am still new to this game and I just hit lvl 80 on my guardian.

I have a friend that is looking for a guild as well so we would both be joining.
