Out of combat switching would be nice, I like to use D/D for pvp or pve and staffs for WvW and dungeons. But in WvW before encountering an enemy it would be nice to switch from staff (Only use to get range and more aoes when when taking a tower) to D/D to fight the enemy. Then switch back to staff with just the hit of one button to take down that archer at the top of the wall. Just seeing the circumstances of the encounter and be able to switch fast in order to adapt. In retrospect, it’s just a convenience but a much wanted one.

If for whatever reason you need/rather DX9 then they should add an option for Dx9 mode and DX11 mode. Blizzard has achieved this, it gives the best of both worlds for players with higher end computers and players with lower end computers.

I like this idea, sorrows furnace is always winning by a land slide.
