This might sound weird, but one of my favorite things to do on WoW with the guild I was part of was farm crafting materials and put them up in the guild vault for other guild members to use.
Basically looking for a really laid back, casual guild where you participate as much or as little as you want, mess around, and help other guild members by keeping the guild vault stocked with supplies.
