Well I guess that was poorly timed; I received an email about the status of my account a few minutes after I made my post.
My account was hacked a few days ago. I got my account back but a lot of my items were stolen so I submitted a ticket for account restoration. It has now been about 3 days since I responded to the follow up email, but I haven’t heard anything back yet.
My ticket is 576216
I’d really appreciate any help you could give.
