Same here, 3 characters in LA and 2 in Queensdale and Black Citadel. I can not get in with the 3 in LA but i can with the other 2. Also getting the same exact message as Yppah. Hopefully they will fix this soon.

I can log in and select my character but while its loading me into Lions Arch (where it just disconnected me from the last time i was online) it just keeps giving me an error of 5:11:3:159:101 saying there is a problem with the server or something along those lines, sorry i don’t have the exact message but i can not play at all and I’ve been trying all day. I filled out a ticket but i haven’t heard anything back yet. I’m on NA sea of sorrows if that is any help.
I have tried my other characters 3 of which are in Lions Arch and 2 are in Queensdale and Black Citadel. I can log in just fine with the ones that are not in lions arch. Just my luck my mains are in Lion Arch.

I can confirm the trait vender is only selling the traits i already have. I am leveling a guardian at the moment. I haven’t had time to check any of my other toons yet to see if this is an issue with them as well.
I found it to be the Firecracker in-between the two slabs of something. I’m not sure what that is there, but that is the one that doesn’t give credit. At least, for me.
Be aware, the Firecrackers seem to be soul-bound, so taking another character into WvW home citadel or into DR will give the Daily Achievement requirement.

Same thing is happening to me. I’m only getting credit for 4 out of the five in sea of sorrows borderlands. The one under the fountain seems to be the last one i have went to both times this has happened so i don’t know if its that particular one or what. On top of that the fireworks haven’t reset in Divinity Reach either so I’m stuck with only 4 yet again. I sent a bug report twice but i’m sure the seasonal event will be over before it ever gets fixed.
