I realize this thread is 2 years old. But I had this exact same problem occur 2 times today. The story is glitched/bugged with the new big patch that has occured this past week. Please fix “The Source of Orr”. Killing the eye triggers the cutscene. you can hear the ghost king talking, but you cannot see him. after the cutscene nothing occurs and nobody is in the chamber with you except for Trahearne.
