Hey. I just ran into this issue myself and spent an hour or so doing everything this thread and other threads have said. Finally, for me anyway, I figured out what works. I use a cloud back up service and I had it backing up the Documents folder in the C drive. I removed the Documents folder from the folders list that the program backs up and voila! it worked.
