Not sure where to post this. Not an issue but please change the guild privileges

The way the guild privileges are set up right now really hinders that way that ranks are set up. For example, “invite new members” is included in the “admin lower rank” privilege. “Admin lower ranks” allows members to invite new players, and promote or demote players that are below their rank. While this won’t cause an issue with players of the lowest rank, giving this rank to people in between member and officer could tempt some people to abuse it and demote/promote people that shouldn’t be demoted/promoted. Obviously the higher ranking players, officers, and guild leader can fix this but it could lead to being a pain. By making the “invite” privilege it’s own privilege it’s fixes this issue.
Another example is that there is no privilege for guild chat and just being a member lets you use guild chat. In every mmo I play I like to have a rank at the very bottom known as “time-out” or “probation” where if two (or even more) players are just *****ing at each other and causing drama for everybody then myself, or another officer can demote them to the “time out” rank which removes the ability to talk in guild chat. This way if those players do want to keep going at each others throats then the rest of the guild doesn’t have to deal with it. This helps stop the drama as the rest of the guild doesn’t have to deal with it and will help keep players from leaving due to drama. Then from there if those players still don’t knock it off after receiving guild chat privilege back they get kicked.
Those are just some examples of privileges that I believe need to be either changed or added.
Without Honor on Fort Aspenwood is recruiting players for pvp, pve, and leveling. We are still a fairly new guild with 21 members but we are rapidly growing. Our long term goal is to find a balance between pvp and pve/dungeons. Currently we are recruiting players interested in either of those aspects or those that want to make friends and level together and eventually find which aspect they’re interested in. We are only looking for mature players. While we are not setting a minimum age for our members, we do want players to act on a mature level that doesn’t give us a bad name. Swearing is allowed in guild chat as long as it’s not excessive or to the point of being an ******* and being the cause that members leave.
We’re currently working on establishing a guild stash which will be coming by the end of the weekend and then we’re moving onto upgrades not in the architecture tree however we haven’t decided which route to go yet.
If you’re are interested in join you can send me a private message on here or you can message me in game.
So last name i chose to help the priory and got the “underground scholar” quest. Upon completing the portion with the dredge I’m told to report back to eir and the other reps. Now here’s the bug.
I walk into the building and go to talk to the rep with the star over his head. Instead of doing the cutscene for the priory, it does the cutscene for if i was doing “armaments.” The cutscene ends and I’m supposed to choose a side. However the 2 people I need to talk to so that i can choose a side don’t have a star on their head.
Instead I had to talk to the first guy again and it now gave me the cutscene for doing “underground scholar” and then let me choose a side.
Summary: At the end of underground scholar it gave me the cutscene for if I did the other quest and THEN gave me the cutscene for underground scholar.
